Why does your fish need an aquarium heater? Fish are cold-blooded animals, unable to regulate their body temperature like humans and other mammals. Whether in the sea or in an aquarium, they require the right external temperature to survive. The aquarium is an artificial environment, not a natural habitat for fish, so the aquarium owner must work harder to maintain the proper water temperature.

The hygger 200w/300w Vertical Aquarium Heater features a top monitoring probe that detects water temperature and heater status in real-time, ensuring the probe does not get entangled in plants or leak out of the water. The heater's hard, high-quality material shell has small gaps, posing no risk of fish being blocked. An LED indicator displays the heating status, with red for heating and green for stop.

This vertical heater with a chassis is stable and offers accurate temperature control, allowing for selection between 60°F and 90°F. The external controller provides safe and simple control, while the 3.28ft+6.2ft long power cord is flexible and convenient for most applications.

The product offers several key advantages, including E1 Anti-Dry Protection, 96°F Over Temperature Protection, and Short-Circuit Protection. If any of these issues occur, a spare circuit in the controller will work to turn the heater off in case of a fault and display the corresponding fault code.

Made of explosion-proof quartz glass and a high-temperature resistant nickel-chromium heating wire, the heater has a long service life and uniform heating, with white sand that conducts heat. The constant temperature protection ensures the aquarium heater reliably maintains the water temperature as set.

The detachable suction cups allow the heater to be placed in different directions, and it can be used as a supplementary heater in the bottom filter tank. The heater is suitable for both saltwater and freshwater environments, offering fast heating, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance.

With an external controller, users can easily press the "SET" button repeatedly to choose the desired temperature between 60°F and 90°F, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°F and a temperature accuracy of ±1°F, without worrying about hand wetness.

The heater is fully automatic, stopping heating when the water temperature is higher than the set value and automatically starting heating when the water temperature is lower, with the corresponding indicator light turning on.

In addition to the multiple safety protections, the heater also features a digital display that shows the settings, real-time temperature, and any error codes. The vertical shape and removable suction cups allow for flexible installation to meet different fish tank needs, and it can be used as a supplementary heater in the bottom filter tank.
